This website explains MosaicEarth and links to the application. The application provides tools to create or import, georeference, visualise, manage, publish, acquire, download and share compatible geospatial assets.
3. Intellectual property
The MosaicEarth name, interface, original text, visual design and software are protected by applicable rights. User-published assets remain owned by their respective creators and are made available only under the licence recorded for each acquisition. Third-party marks, maps, photographs and software remain subject to their respective terms.
4. External links and services
Links to providers or community resources do not transfer responsibility for their content or availability to MosaicEarth. External authentication, payment, maps and processing services are governed by their own terms as well as the applicable MosaicEarth rules.
5. Applicable documents
Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the licence recorded for an acquired asset. Data rights and account closure are explained on the Data deletion page.

Report unlawful content, rights concerns or service issues to hello@mosaicearth.app. Include the asset or page URL and enough information for the issue to be assessed, but do not send passwords or full payment details.
